Job Description

  1. Should have knowledge of service operations and metrices (Cost per call, engineer productivity, cost per failure, cost by region etc.)
  2. Good knowledge of Microsoft excel, Power BI, automation, SAP and CRM
  3. Should have worked on optimization of service operation cost, warranty provisions, reporting etc.
  4. Can manage internal / statutory audit queries relating to service are
    Qualification – CA Inter / ICWA Inter
    Experience – 4-8 years
    Industry – Electrical, Consumer Durable or consulting organizations.
